Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from an accredited university strongly preferred
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, with university recruiting experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday and Ashby experience is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint)
- General business knowledge and a strong interest in the entertainment industry
- Strong problem-solving, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Highly organized and able to work effectively against deadlines
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

- UTA is seeking a Recruiter to join our Early Career Recruiting team in our Los Angeles office
- This role offers the opportunity to help shape the next generation of talent at one of the world’s leading entertainment companies by building strong pipelines, engaging high-potential candidates, and delivering a best-in-class recruiting experience
- The successful candidate will bring strong business acumen, sound judgment, and a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to attracting and hiring top-tier early-career talent

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including building robust talent pipelines, conducting screenings and interviews, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and fostering positive candidate relationships
- Talent Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with top talent through thoughtful sourcing, networking, and advocacy for both internal and external candidates
- Data-Driven Approach: Use data and insights to assess the talent pipeline, strengthen recruiting strategies, and inform recommendations for stakeholders and partners
- Inclusion Initiatives: Support recruitment within the early talent space to help advance an inclusive workforce
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and priorities and align recruiting efforts accordingly
- Continuous Learning: Stay current on industry trends, company objectives, and market dynamics to deepen business knowledge and recruitment expertise
