Senior Frontend Software Engineer, HeyJobs

• Min. 3 years or more of full-time experience
• Experience with React
• Fluency in Typescript and JavaScript
• Excellent understanding of web development (how HTTP works, REST, in-browser storage, etc.)
• Experience leveraging AI tools as part of your fundamental workflow, from general prompting to agents with Copilot, Cursor, and alike
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

• As the Senior Frontend Engineer (all genders), you will implement new features and maintain significant parts of our job seeker user flows and interfaces
• Your work will involve discussing, designing, and developing various parts of our talent-focused products, defining and evolving frontend standards, mentoring team members, and leveraging both traditional approaches and AI-enhanced solutions to create exceptional user experiences
• Build and maintain our Talent Platform using TypeScript, React, and NextJS
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs in our applications
• Pair with other engineers on tough problems to arrive at the best solution
• Contribute to and maintain a robust frontend monitoring framework that lets us detect problems early
• Mentor engineers to help them grow as software professionals
• Work closely with other disciplines, like Product Managers and Designers, to deliver great solutions
