Frontend Software Engineer, HeyJobs

• Min. 2 years or more of full-time experience
• Experience with React
• Fluency in Typescript and JavaScript
• Excellent understanding of web development (how HTTP works, REST, in-browser storage, etc.)
• Experience leveraging AI tools as part of your fundamental workflow, from general prompting to agents with Copilot, Cursor, and alike
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• You are a team player with a strong motivation to contribute to team success

• As the Frontend Engineer (all genders), you will implement new features and maintain significant parts of our job seeker user flows and interfaces
• Your work will involve discussing, designing, and developing various parts of our talent-focused products, defining and evolving frontend standards, mentoring team members, and leveraging both traditional approaches and AI-enhanced solutions to create exceptional user experiences

• You will be using the latest tooling (currently Claude Code and your IDE of choice, including Cursor or Github Copilot) and adopting it for new workflows and use cases, as well as emerging ones.
