- Bachelor’s or MSc degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience, ideally in a Partnerships, Sales, or Account Management roles

- You have a strong understanding of SaaS business models and an interest in technology
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, KPI driven approach

What the job involves
- We are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our NAM Partnerships team in the New York office
- You will play a pivotal role in our regional growth and development of one of our largest partner ecosystems
- As a Partner Account Manager, you will help us grow the pipeline and revenue through our Channel partners and Agencies (also defined as System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms etc)
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new monday.com Solutions Partners, AI Implementers, & Ecommerce Agencies that align with our strategic objectives and target markets
- Develop and implement effective partner onboarding programs to ensure rapid ramp-up and productivity
- Educate partners on Aircall's products, services, value proposition, and sales processes
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing their needs, challenges, and opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop joint action plans
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve mutually agreed-upon revenue targets
- Provide ongoing sales enablement, training, and support to partners, including product updates, competitive intelligence, and sales collateral
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless hand-off and co-selling opportunities with partners
- Track and report on partner performance metrics, including pipeline, closed deals, and revenue attribution
- Accurately forecast partner sales and contribute to overall company revenue projections
- Provide regular reports on partner performance, activities, and market insights to management
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the channel partner program, including policies, incentives, and marketing initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and GTM teams to support partner needs and program enhancements
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in channel management
Our take
Call centres have been a mainstay of sales teams for decades, with the human touch delivering an impression conversion rate of about 30% for inbound calls. However analogue call centres are physical infrastructure-heavy and unable to take advantage of the flexibility afforded by remote and hybrid ways of work. Aircall exists to change that, providing a cloud-based call centre infrastructure that allows sales teams to work from their home offices.
Aircall isn't the only company in this space, and it faces heavy competition from Cloudtalk, another cloud-based call centre solution. However Aircall stands out in the market by its use of open APIs and webhooks, making integration with existing productivity and helpdesk tools much easier, and its superior call quality. Aircall has developed a significant customer base with these strengths, with over 20,000 companies using its platform.
The company has raised significant funding in recent years, highlighting the confidence investors have in their offering. With a rapidly expanding presence in the US, European, UK and Australian markets and the recent addition of AI voice agents to handle business calls 24/7, Aircall is clearly set on innovating at scale.
