Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Sales
- Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong phone presence and perseverance to make 50-100 cold calls a day as well as multiple other communication touch-points
- Highly organized with ability to adapt in a continuously evolving environment
- Positive attitude that thrives in team setting while also accountable for individual motivation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of fitness industry and/or experience using Salesforce or other CRM
What the job involves
- We are looking to grow our Partner Sales team here in the U.S. market. The Partner Sales Representative position involves contacting prospective partners through various forms of communication including calls, emails, and social outreach
- You will work with these business owners to discuss and deliver the value of joining the Gympass network
- Research, identify and tenaciously target new opportunities via the phone and web
- Maintain a high volume of activity including cold calls, emails, and social selling through various outreach tools
- Develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential fitness partners
- Be accountable for consistently reaching and exceeding your monthly sales quota
