What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the next phase of Omnea’s product - turning complex, high-stakes enterprise workflows into experiences that feel clear, intuitive, and genuinely good to use for a diverse set of users
- You’ll join at a pivotal moment, with real ownership, close customer exposure, and the chance to raise the design bar as we scale the category of AI Supplier Relationship Management
- You’ll spend a meaningful amount of time talking directly to customers - procurement leaders, finance teams, and security stakeholders - at companies like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons, to understand how buying decisions actually get made inside large organisations
- You’ll work end-to-end on product areas, from early problem definition through to high-quality shipped work - often starting from a blank page rather than iterating on tired, legacy UX
- You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering (often in the same room). At ~80 people, there’s very little hand-off - decisions are made quickly, and design has a real seat at the table
- You’ll design for complex, high-stakes workflows involving multiple personas, approvals, and real organisational risk - and make them feel clear, intuitive, and usable
- You’ll help shape patterns and systems as we scale, contributing to a design language that’s still being actively defined, not just maintained
- Design isn’t a service function at Omnea - we see UX as central to how we compete and win in the market
- You’ll work on a product that sits at the intersection of finance, legal, security, and operations, where good design has real commercial impact
- The problems are genuinely hard, the customers are demanding, and the bar is high — but if we get it right, the product becomes deeply embedded and hard to replace

Omnea's platform handles the entire purchasing process: giving employees an easy place to make requests (Intake), managing the necessary approvals for the purchase to be made (Approvals Engine), and automating all renewals management and suppliers risk assessments. Giving both buyers, and finance and procurement leaders critical visibility into how, when, and why money is being spent.
Given the current markets increased focus on capital efficiency, there has never been a more vital time for businesses to use Omnea and get control of their spending.
