- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a leading university – required
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
- Backend development experience using Node.js
- Frontend experience with React
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with both NoSQL and relational databases
- Comfortable working in shared codebases with multiple teams
- A proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
What the job involves
- WalkMe is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Analytics department
- Our analytics solution delivers dashboards and contextual insights that empower both our customers and internal teams
- As a developer on our team, you will contribute to a real-time analytics platform focused on providing insights on large-scale data sets
- Design and develop end-to-end features and systems used by internal stakeholders and enterprise customers
- Serve as a technical focal point, helping define software design and development best practices
- Collaborate within an agile, CI/CD-driven team to deliver robust and maintainable code
- Evaluate, adopt, and advocate for new technologies to enhance product performance and scalability
- Work closely with product managers, designers, data engineers, and other developers to turn data into actionable insights

Following a successful IPO in mid-2021, WalkMe has continued on a strong and steady track, with 35 million users in 42+ countries. An acquisition by German software giant SAP for an estimated $1.5 billion occurred in 2024 and will see WalkMe's workflow execution software improve the buyer's user adoption and engagement.
