Engineering Manager, Perplexity AI

• Ability to design reusable and scalable systems and processes
• Ability to constructively identify technical debt
• Ability to cleanly resolve engineering blockers
• Strong organizational skills for managing and delivering parallel technical projects
• Experience working with multiple small teams of engineers
• Experience leveraging the right combination of open source and in-house solutions
• Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities and limitations
• 8+ years of engineering experience
• 4+ years of engineering management experience
