Fullstack Software Engineer, Acurable

• You have at least three years of commercial experience building and shipping fullstack applications in production.
• You have solid, hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES2016+), and you care about writing code others can understand and maintain
• You've worked with RESTful APIs and are familiar with GraphQL and asynchronous messaging patterns

Desirable

• You'll join our Platform Team, reporting to our Platform Team Lead, and work across our entire cloud platform — backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and the clinician-facing web app that NHS clinicians use to manage diagnostic pathways, review automated results, and coordinate patient care. This is a genuinely fullstack role: you'll move across layers depending on what needs building, and you'll pick up infrastructure and deployment work as part of a small, high-ownership team
• You'll have real ownership, real visibility, and real influence over what gets built and how. The work is varied, the pace is purposeful, and you'll be expected to think — not just execute
