Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Min 1 year experience covering global equities
- Strong understanding and deep passion for capital markets and investment strategies
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data quickly and accurately
- Proficiency in modelling and experience working with equities dataHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, internal and external
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
What the job involves
- We are looking for an exceptional Equity Insights Strategist, someone who thrives on generating original and insightful trade ideas and communicating them effectively
- You must be passionate about the equity markets, constantly monitoring market trends and developments, and actively seeking investment opportunities
- Ideally, you have some experience trading on your own, giving you a trader’s mindset to develop practical, impactful insights
- You are succinct, detail-oriented, and have a knack for producing high-quality content that adds value to our clients
- Beyond having great trade ideas and strong writing skills, you bring financial research experience, and you are adept at working with large data sets
- Your ability to interpret data swiftly and convert it into meaningful content is critical, as our content directly impacts our brand value

- Research, produce and write content/insights in particular areas/domains
- Originate new trade ideas and develop them into compelling product theses
- Build product theses and business cases for new products
- Work with Design teams to build prototypes and work with Sales teams to market early stage products
- Work directly with clients and prospective clients to understand opportunities and problems
- Develop a scientific process for writing and producing investment insights to ensure consistency, quality and impact
- You will have the opportunity to build an insights product end to end, automating the way we generate insights, and creating a scalable product
