Who you are

  • DTiQ is seeking a seasoned Account Executive who is a true hunter—driven, metric-focused, and experienced in acquiring net new business within the QSR, Drive-Thru, and Retail verticals
  • This role requires a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a book of business, expertise in crafting proposals, and an exceptional ability to conduct impactful product demonstrations
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota in the QSR, Drive-Thru, or Retail verticals
  • Expertise: Strong familiarity with video intelligence, business analytics, and/or operational technology
  • Client Base: Existing relationships or book of business in the QSR or Retail space is highly preferred
  • Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated ability to independently drive the sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Sales Acumen: Skilled in conducting client-facing product demos, crafting persuasive proposals, and negotiating deals
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the assigned region to meet client and business needs

What the job involves

  • The Account Executive will report to the VP of Sales, work in a regional capacity, and focus on growing DTiQ’s market presence and RMR through new business acquisition
  • Drive New Business: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure net new opportunities to achieve and exceed sales quotas
  • Engage & Present: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, highlighting DTiQ’s innovative solutions and their measurable impact on operational efficiency
  • Proposal Crafting: Develop tailored proposals that resonate with client challenges and objectives, aligning with DTiQ’s value proposition
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with prospects and clients, positioning DTiQ as a trusted partner
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Maintain meticulous records in CRM software to track pipeline activities, forecast accurately, and measure success
  • Event Representation: Represent DTiQ at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads
