Role
Who you are
- BSc/Master’s degree in management, economics, finance, technology, or related fields
- Strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint at excellent level)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Availability to work full-time for 6 months
- Possibility of transitioning into a permanent role next
- Preferably with experience as intern in strategy consulting (McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group, Bain or 2nd tier consulting companies) or investment banking
- Entrepreneurial and autonomous
- Outgoing communicator and good listener
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines under pressure
- Highly motivated and constantly aiming to improve
- Start-up mindset- comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in Companjon
What the job involves
- As CEO Staff Intern, you will have the opportunity to work in a rewarding and challenging context with the Chief of Staff team of Companjon
- You will support the team in different projects within the start-up and have the opportunity to strengthen your, problem-solving, structured thinking and communication skills
- Work within the Chief of Staff team together with more senior consultants
- Support different departments with problem-solving, structuring and communication (be part of an internal ‘fire-fighting unit’)
- Gather and analyse information and drive analyses on different matters
- Support in coordination and planning of technology developments
- Develop presentations for various internal and external stakeholders
- Be ready to deal with uncertainty and work in unexpected situations
- Use your creative skills and work on innovative ideas and concepts
- Gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to Companjon
