Who you are
- 4-6 years experience as a Product Manager with experience in Growth
- Track record of driving A/B experimentation with proficiency designing, executing, and analyzing tests to optimize user flows, features, and experiences
- Experience in analytical tools and methodologies to monitor KPIs, analyze user behavior, and identify trends and key opportunities
- Strong communication skills; ability to present data analysis intuitively and simplify complex insights in order to articulate what matters to a wide range of different audiences
- Passionate about identifying user experiences that drive measurable business impact by synthesizing customer and industry insights and working alongside product design
- Exceptional at uniting teams and actively listening, while confidently leading tough decisions by clearly framing options and their impacts
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration within highly dynamic and cooperative environments
- Demonstrated ability to drive product growth and adoption, utilizing product management frameworks and best practices
- Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results quickly and efficiently

- Experience in highly performing product organization
- Experience using ‘growth stack’ tools to monitor and report on KPIs (i.e. Amplitude, Iterable, Tableau, etc.)

What the job involves
- As a Senior Product Manager on the Fintech team, you are a part of building a best-in-class financial institution for service professionals (our Pros) - across payments, banking, lending, billing, and more - all embedded within the software platform they already use every day
- As a Senior Product Manager, you have 1 or more direct reports, and be responsible for leading a squad
- Think. Identify market opportunities, and define product vision and strategy
- Conduct in-depth interviews, surveys, and competitor research
- Analyze customer and business data
- Write and present strategy and product overview documents
- Explore. Collaborate to develop strategy, explore compelling solutions, drive execution of building features and functionality, and launch/measure/learn/iterate/improve products
- Support Product Designers with sound design instincts and clear thinking
- Create event models and user flows
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to develop wireframes
- Partner with business and go-to-market functions to refine product positioning, pricing, risk management, and operational requirements
- Conduct user testing to validate solutions
- Plan. Effectively plan how to go from idea to delivered product and communicate that plan to stakeholders and product managers
- Create, update, and communicate roadmaps
- Plan day-to-day operations of the product team
- Build. Drive the execution of building features and functionality by doing whatever is needed to keep momentum going alongside stakeholders
- Launch & Learn. Effectively launch, measure, learn, and iterate quickly to improve the product and its performance
- Create measurement plans to monitor feature adoption and usage, and financial performance
- Determine launches for the new product, including: alpha, beta and general availability features
- Create go-to-market plans and collaborate with Marketing and Operations to execute them
- Rapidly develop post-launch product iterations

The resurgent home services market is expected to be worth well over $1 trillion by 2030. With the vast majority of businesses in the space either small or medium sized, there’s obvious value in backend software to take care of laborious but necessary admin in one place.
After five years as a Board Member, Michael Beaudoin became CEO in 2020 to help lead the company’s expansion. Considering that Beaudoin previously spent 13 years at the helm of highly successful home contractor marketplace HomeAdvisor, this seemed to be a shrewd move.
