Who you are

3-4 years experience in a house in a high performing marketing team
Very strong digital marketing experience and experience managing Paid Social and PPC campaigns
Experience managing a small team
Experience briefing and working closely with a creative team

What the job involves

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing the annual and quarterly marketing strategy, proposing new marketing channels to test and managing paid-media campaigns via our agency partner. You'll work very closely with our Creative Director, to ensure all marketing collateral is on brand, and to a standard that we're proud of. Experience briefing and working with creative teams is important, as you'll lead the process of briefing our creative team to deliver the assets that represent D&D. The right candidate will be very strong in digital marketing, with specific experience managing Paid Social campaigns with significant budgets for e-commerce brands. As a key stakeholder in the marketing team, there is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the CEO and Operations Lead to further build out the team to support our future growth ambitions, with you at the centre
Working with the sales & product team to understand our product buy, develop, own and manage the marketing calendar, amending where necessary and updating key stakeholders on relevant changes
Oversee marketing critical path, ensuring products and collections launch on time and within budget
Clearly brief the Creative Studio on deliverables including; messaging, product focus, and objective across paid and owned channels. Review and report back on performance on creative in marketing comms
Develop the annual and quarterly marketing strategy and KPIs for both brand building and performance marketing, including budgets for approval and developing business cases for identifying, testing and implementing new channels
Manage performance marketing agency, briefing creative on what ad creative is required, and providing actionable insight into the performance
Project Manage Web Development
Working with the CEO, and Operations Lead resource the marketing team to be ready for future growth
Develop a distribution strategy for The Sunday Paper for 2021
