• In this role, you'll be the voice of Upway, working to solve our traditional customers' pre/post-sale questions, issues, and needs
• You will also collaborate closely with our purchasing team, in order to facilitate our other "customers" - entities selling their bikes to us
• Provide outstanding support to our customers via email, chat, phone, etc. This entails addressing questions from potential customers, resolving post-sale issues, and converting Upway visitors into fans
• Support bike shops and individual consumers looking to sell e-bikes to Upway
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, operations) to ensure smooth transitions throughout both buying and selling processes
• Collect feedback from both buyers and sellers to help improve Upway's processes and offerings

• Introduction Call: During the Introduction call / meeting, you will have a chance of getting introduced to the Hiring manager for the position. The goal of this call / meeting is for us to get to know more about you, your background and your interest on Upway.
