UX Researcher, Twitch

• Experience with a variety of qualitative research methods, such as semi-structured interviews, usability studies, contextual inquiries, diary studies, and other approaches
• Expertise in survey sampling, questionnaire design, and applied statistics for survey analysis
• A thorough understanding of the product design and development process and how research informs different kinds of decisions
• Familiarity with industry tools for moderated and unmoderated research, survey creation, and analytics

Desirable

• As a User Experience Researcher, you will design and execute foundational, exploratory, and evaluative research, contributing to both Creator and Viewer experiences across Twitch
• You will partner closely with senior researchers along the way and collaborate with product managers, UX designers, data scientists and engineers
• You will report to the Director of UX Research within our Central Research Team
• Execute studies to help product teams identify user needs, evaluate concepts and prototypes, and gather feedback and iterate
• Collaborate closely with other researchers and research management on study design and insight communication
• Inform the product design and strategy of Twitch products by translating data into insights that have clear and actionable implications for product development
