What the job involves

Provide executive support to the Founder and CEO
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Interface with professional contacts, acting as both gatekeeper and liaison
Champion our culture in partnership with HR and exec team
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the company
Coordinate the completion of new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, benefit enrollment forms, and confidentiality agreements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams such as IT, People Operations, and Finance to evolve and implement protocols and workflows
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive and positive work environment
Plan company events and assist with off-site community events
Function as Office Manager responsible for office supplies, kitchens snacks, company swag and other office support as necessary
Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
Support various projects and initiatives by managing timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating resources.
