Who you are

We’re looking to develop a talented individual who wants to forge a career path in digital product creation and development. You may have a background in design, development or project management but are looking to transition towards this key lead role in a digital business. You’ll work closely with both the CEO and CTO in developing and executing the product roadmap
Above all you’re a doer, full of energy and keen to constantly improve
Naturally inquisitive with a desire to understand
Experience in project management, design, development or user research a plus
Organised and execution focused
Passionate about our cause and mission - If sustainability isn’t something that you genuinely feel energised about then there are loads of other great start-ups who may be a better fit. It’s best to work on something that matters to you
Working in a high paced, iterative, agile execution focused environment
Adept at working collaboratively through remote channels

What the job involves

Interacting with users to better understand their needs and what we can do better to help address these
Keeping up to speed with competitor activity and learn from it
Identifying key user problems to fix and develop clearly articulated user journeys to address them
Building out and maintaining a clearly prioritised product roadmap
Acting as the ‘glue’ for the design led creation process end to end

The sustainability market is set to be worth $12 trillion a year by 2030, and Switch2Zero is one of a raft of new companies racing to secure their position in the sector. Switch2Zero's advantage comes from its leadership. The company is headed up by two former Barclays MDs, which has given the company significant weight and credibility.
