What the job involves
- As a Founder Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of a disruptive fintech. Working hand-in-hand with the founders and key stakeholders, your responsibilities will span across various critical areas of the business. From strategy, product, sales, ops, marketing and customers, you will be an instrumental force behind our growth and success
- Helping recruit and hire our founding team
- Supporting in founder-led sales and customer onboarding
- Building and owning all internal business operations and policies
- Leading our rebrand, owning our social medias and writing content
- Conducting regular market analysis and research
- Working closely with the development team to improve processes, productivity and output

Although a relatively new player in the market, Round helps startups earn up to 4.8% through market funds under the custody of JP Morgan, establishing a level of legitimacy that will no doubt attract fast growing companies. Its platform also provides automation of financial reporting, saving startups time with metrics actionable insights and metrics that can be accessed from a single dash.
The co-founders' previous experience of engineering software at Amazon and residencies at Entrepreneur First indicate that the team behind Round has the experience and skill needed to boost early-stage companies.
