Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in an implementation, or onboarding, preferably in SaaS
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and Excel, including working with large, complex data sets. You should be comfortable with pivot tables, advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, and data cleaning techniques to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data before migration and integration
- Solid understanding of data integration and the ability to work with iPaaS tools like Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, or similar platforms
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions and support customer needs
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple implementations simultaneously
- Clear, concise communication skills with a knack for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
- Attention to detail and an organized approach to problem-solving
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for helping customers succeed
- Skilled at simplifying complex processes and empowering users to feel confident with new tools
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Desirable
- Experience working with midmarket clients, particularly in the construction or project management sectors
- Knowledge of CRM systems or implementation tools such as Salesforce
- An understanding of API integrations or related technical processes
What the job involves
- As an Implementation Specialist, you will own the onboarding and implementation process for our clients
- Your expertise will enable customers to unlock the full potential of our product while creating a foundation for long-term success
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including scoping, data migration, system configuration, and user training
- Collaborate closely with customers to gather requirements, set timelines, and manage expectations
- Analyze customer data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals
- Build and execute workflows to support clients in adopting our platform efficiently
- Conduct tailored training sessions for customer teams, enabling them to maximize product value
- Monitor and report on key implementation milestones, escalating issues when necessary
- Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams (Sales, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure a smooth handoff post-implementation

Bridgit and its main product, Bench, are alleviating this pressure for construction managers. By replacing spreadsheets with a built-for-purpose software, Bridgit helps managers strategically manage their workforce with much greater efficiency and precision.
The company is looking to expand its product team, focusing on development that will enable its software to become a a unifying layer for an organization’s data and provide “unprecedented visibility” into its people and projects.
The company has so far won sizable clients that have both decent profits and pressing staffing problems. But for the startup to reach truly massive scale, they will need to develop their product into a piece of mission-critical tech for construction companies of all sizes.
