Who you are
- You speak English fluently and are confident making cold calls

- Strong interpersonal skills: you’re enthusiastic about connecting with people through various communication methods and starting meaningful conversations

- You're excited to work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships, supporting them by scheduling demo meetings and helping move deals forward
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Talon.One’s Sales Development organization
- This team plays a key role in identifying and understanding potential customers’ needs and helping them enhance their loyalty and promotions strategies, contributing directly to their business growth
- You will gain essential skills in managing a territory, using data intelligence to identify and prioritize target accounts, and creative effective email outreach and making outbound prospect phone calls
- Additionally, you will learn how to engage with C-suite prospects, coordinate cross-departmental efforts, and showcase the value of Talon.One, and qualify for early-stage deals
- Research accounts strategically and create effective communication plans using multiple channels (Phone, Email, LinkedIn, video, etc.)
- Work alongside top-tier professionals in Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships in an environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and collaboration
- Engage with C-suite decision-makers and play a central role in discussing their business goals, loyalty and promotions strategy, as well as marketing challenges/opportunities
- Work across a wide range of industries within the US & broader AMER region, expanding your expertise and broadening your impact
- Access to cutting-edge sales and marketing technology that will support your success, including Salesforce, Gong, Crossbeam, Qualified Chatbot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- These will be your KPIs:
- Source and qualify opportunities to meet individual quotas
- Bring exciting new clients to Talon.One’s customer base
- Achieve success through meeting outreach KPIs, setting meetings, and conducting thorough discovery and qualification
Our take
Talon.one initiates and automates loyalty programs and discount campaigns for product-oriented businesses. Its varied product service includes coupon, referral, gift card, and loyalty software as well as product bundles and wallet solutions.
Paradoxical to its mission to create developer-free promotion tools for companies, Talon.one was actually founded by several software developers. In 2022, the company partnered with Big Commerce to offer promotion engine features to Jimmy Brings, an Australian alcohol delivery company, highlighting its integration capabilities as it had to collaborate effectively with various software companies.
Talon.one's offering has a lot of potential, which hasn't gone unnoticed, and its secured a hard-hitting client list that includes Mercedes, Delivery Hero and Adidas. It also raised some serious growth funding in 2025 which puts it in a great position as it eyes thoughtful and sustainable long-term growth.
