Who you are
- Product visionary with experience building strategy for L1/L2 blockchain products from conception to launch, especially for those using novel and nascent technology
- Proven leader with experience managing a high-performing team and product in the web3, blockchain and/or crypto space
- Great communicator, and great listener, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset that has worked in fast-paced environments, with competing resources and priorities, with the capability of wearing multiple hats in different situations
- Great attention to detail and ability to create cohesive, user-centric product proposals and bringing all internal and external stakeholders on the journey towards a vision
- Deep passion for solving web3 user experience problems and a resourceful approach when it comes to learning new technologies and competitors landscapes in order to reinforce Mantle strategy
Desirable
- Business language fluency in English and Mandarin
- Track record of writing, speaking, presenting, and/or teaching web3, blockchain and/or crypto topics
- Product management experience with public blockchains
- A background and/or education across both technology and business domains
What the job involves
- Drive the overall product strategy and vision for Mantle whilst owning the hiring plan and management of the product team
- Liaise cross-functionally with Engineering, Growth, Marketing and HR to align objectives and deliver great products for our audience and community
- Provide a user-centric approach to product scoping and drive implementation of blockchain core infrastructure protocols/features/tools
- Ideate, plan and implement actionable and developer-oriented product roadmaps which manage various phases of production testnet and mainnet releases
- Become an ambassador of the vision and lead by example, for other Mantle members to become active evangelists and advocates in Ethereum community
- Help shape product narrative and technical documentation
