- The ideal candidate is someone who is in the final stages of their PhD or has recently graduated

- Proficiency in SQL

- Ability to work rigorously, with precision, ensuring quality and coding standards are respected

- A hacker mindset, trying things fast, instead doing the thing now in a dirty but functional way than taking a few months

What the job involves
- As an Analytics Engineer at DataHawk, you'll dive headfirst into complex e-commerce data, transforming it into actionable insights for our clients
- Simultaneously, you'll work closely with our clients to tailor our modular data products into customized solutions
- This hybrid client-facing/technical role will allow you to use state-of-the-art technologies to solve highly impactful business problems while leveraging your strong communication skills to convey complex intractable ideas to non-technical audiences
- Design and build new data products and features using machine-learning techniques
- Conduct feasibility studies, train customers, and provide expert data support to our sales and onboarding teams
- Implement custom dashboards and turn complex e-commerce data into user-friendly interfaces in collaboration with UX/UI designers
- Find creative solutions for challenges in domains such as market intelligence, conversion rate optimization, and AI-driven business recommendations
- Work closely with the customer's teams to ensure smooth execution and validate the effectiveness of the deliverables
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data science, and share your knowledge to drive innovation within the team and enhance our business processes and outcomes
