Who you are

5+ years industry experience in a high-level language (Java/ Go/ C++/ Python etc.)
Experience across the project life-cycle, from requirements gathering to delivery and support
Knowledge of a cloud service provider (AWS/ GCP/ Azure)
Knowledge in system design and architecture
Experience working on an Agile/ Scrum team
Ability to drive the deployment and release of our solutions
The ability to ask questions when you don’t know something
An appreciation and enjoyment of the uncertainty that accompanies rapid project-based development

Desirable

Bonus points for AWS, Python or Docker/Kubernetes experience

Write high-quality code to help solve tough AI problems
Make sure that we build well-engineered software solutions
Guide teams to make well-considered design and architecture decisions
Help teams to make Agile/ Scrum work for them
Mentor our talented junior engineers
Manage technical aspects of customer relationships
