Who you are
- Omada Health is looking for an experienced product marketing leader to join our team
- This individual must be a critical thinker, inspirational storyteller, and enthusiastic collaborator
- 8+ years experience in product marketing or related marketing discipline. Focus on B2B technology preferred, with healthcare industry experience a plus
- Experience with messaging, positioning, go-to-market execution, and developing buyer personas and insights
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and manage projects amidst ambiguity in a high-growth environment
- Successful track record of developing competitive, insight-driven product narratives translating features into buyer and end user benefits
- Excellent ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence cross-functionally across all levels of management
- Understands line of business strategy and goals and drives marketing initiatives to meet those objectives
- Proven ability to create a variety of internal and external content, including sales playbooks, slide presentations, and technical thought leadership
- Attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously is a must
- Data and results-driven; expert in best practices for B2B proof points
- Adept at building strong professional relationships in a remote-first environment
What the job involves
- Reporting to the Senior Director of B2B Marketing, you will define target customers, differentiate and position Omada’s multi-condition platform which treats diabetes, hypertension, pre-diabetes, musculoskeletal issues, and GLP-1 management and clearly communicate our products’ value to customers through a range of content
- As a skilled, cross-functional operator adept at influencing and consensus building across product, clinical, sales, and customer success stakeholders, you will define the value proposition for target buyers, develop marketing strategies, create selling tools and external content, and lead product launches
- You are skilled at synthesizing customer feedback and surfacing insights from market trends to inform both our downstream go-to-market model and our upstream product roadmap priorities
- As a seasoned product marketing leader, you will serve as a strategic partner across the business to bring our solutions to market effectively
- You’ll craft and execute activation plans for key audiences, guide messaging and positioning across channels, and measure performance to refine approach and impact
- Acting as the voice of the market, you’ll ensure our content, campaigns, and product narratives resonate with customers, partners, and influencers — driving awareness, adoption, and growth across our B2B ecosystem
- Be the voice of the customer for product and commercial teams, using insights surfaced from live sales calls, market research, performance data, and clinical outcomes
- Help shape go-to-market strategy and product roadmaps based on market gaps, competitive intelligence, and customer and member needs
- Clearly understand and articulate our competitive position in each product vertical to empower sales effectiveness
- Define our position and messaging for a range of business buyer audiences; amplify your impact by educating and inspiring peers and stakeholders to speak with one voice
- Bring Omada’s data, solutions, and core competencies to life with clear, compelling, and engaging assets for campaigns and selling conversations
- Stay on top of technology, health, and competitive trends; translate them into POVs that help product and sales teams stay ahead of the curve
- Digital health experience is desired, but not required
Our take
Health tracking apps help people to analyse their health data and provide passive notifications and reminders based on their activities. However, these notifications are easy to ignore and do not have any form of medical authority.
Omada Health offers various virtual health programs that cover areas such as diabetes, weight management and hypertension. As opposed to receiving notifications based on their health, Omada shares real-time health data with both patients and healthcare professionals to increase commitment levels to health tracking apps.
The startup claims that this human-interaction from healthcare professionals within a health tracking framework increases the likelihood of a positive outcome by 250%. Omada currently uses more than a billion data points recorded from 550,000 patients, aiming to use this data to broaden strategies within medical communities.
