Who you are

Studies with a technical background or economic with a technical interest (e.g. IT systems management assistant, media technology, medical technology, business administration, industrial engineering)
3rd Semester of a Bachelors Degree
Business fluent in English and German
Knowledge of French is welcome
Practical experience in participating in tendering procedures an advantage
Very good communication skills by phone and e-mail
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast changing environment
Sense of responsibility, self-organization and reliability

What the job involves

This position is responsible for technical tender responses; quoting and support of the Sales department
Analysis of customer requirements and conception of technical solutions
Processing of calls for tenders/RFQs
Coordination of the solution with other departments
Coordination of concept and pricing with Sales department
Preparation of quotations including calculation (using CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Word & Excel)
Compilation and preparation of supporting documents (e.g., technical diagrams, visualizations, solution descriptions, official letters, etc.)
Checking, processing and clarification of orders
Update of database and all related activities in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
General administrative Pre-Sales Support activities
All other duties as assigned
