Who you are
- We're seeking an ambitious, results-driven Campaign Manager to join our growing marketing team
- This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of marketing experience who wants to take ownership of lifecycle campaigns and drive measurable growth for our university focused marketing plans
- 2+ years professional marketing experience, preferably at a marketing agency with exposure to diverse marketing functions or similar organization
- 1+ years hands-on email marketing experience with lifecycle campaigns and tools like Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
- Experience with paid acquisition, PPC, or performance marketing (not required, strong plus)
- Funnel management and optimization experience
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results
- Results-driven and performance-focused with a proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs
- Strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture while executing tactical initiatives
- Problem-solving mindset with examples of creative solutions to marketing challenges
- Growth mindset - always looking for the next opportunity to optimize and improve
- Action-oriented - can ideate and execute with equal effectiveness
- Independent worker who can make decisions autonomously while keeping the team informed
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Agency experience preferred: 2+ years at a strong marketing agency where you learned from experienced professionals and gained exposure to various marketing functions
- Ready to transition from agency life to an in-house role with more ownership and strategic impact
- Previous roles: Digital Marketing Specialist, Performance Marketer, Email/CRM Marketer, Marketing Analyst, or similar
- 2 - 5 Years of Experience
What the job involves
- Own end-to-end lifecycle email campaigns using tools like Iterable, driving engagement and conversions
- Optimize funnel performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and strategic campaign adjustments
- Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Execute growth marketing initiatives specifically targeting 18-26 year old university students
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure marketing campaign alignment
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates
