Role
Who you are
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification with very good grades
- Initial work experience in B2B, consulting or a similar field
- Very good skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal English skills and ideally good German skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, professionally and efficiently
- A "self-starter" mentality; you see work and problems and tackle them proactively - If you need help, you seek support from your team
What the job involves
- Take responsibility for your own projects and manage our most important customer relationships in rollout projects together with your team
- Work hands-on in optimizing processes regarding the order management of premium clients
- With your analytical mindset, detect significant pain points in internal and external processes and develop suitable solutions
- Plan and manage strategic projects, which are essential to our (inter)national market expansion together with your team
- Translate customers needs into new product development opportunities in collaboration with your team and our product team
- Contribute with your own ideas to further develop our service using your knowledge of customer needs
Our take
Providing smartphones to employees can be a taxing and costly process for businesses, particularly in cases of loss or accidental damage. Stress is often placed on the IT department to run this side of operations, which takes time away from more important business matters. As well as this, insurance companies often also create a long, drawn-out process that disrupts the phone replacement timeline, again causing a knock-on effect with business matters.
Everphone runs on a phone-as-a-service platform to cover the end-to-end process for smartphone provision. Businesses subscribe to the mobiles, and in case of loss or damage, the company provides replacement devices within a day. Such a model is also higher in sustainability; after the employee is done with the smartphone, the devices are either refurbished or sent off to a new location.
A funding round that secured $200M at the end of 2021 was followed by a further $32 million in 2022. This has allowed Everphone to confidently look to the future, building its stock and ramping up sales. The company served over 1,000 companies, and has signed long-term contracts with enterprises such as Henkel. This is clear evidence of the company’s growing momentum.
