Who you are
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office and in general (especially Excel)
- Experience of supporting payroll processes
- Good administration experience, with a meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Knowledge of SuccessFactors or an equivalent People system
- Ability to manage and prioritise a high workload volume
What the job involves
- As our People Coordinator, you will be actively involved in all aspects of administrative support offering a first class experience to all employees. This exciting and varied People Operational role based at our Central London HQ would be an excellent match for someone who has a real interest in People (HR)
- General administrative People support throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, manage onboarding process for new starters, managing People Team email inbox and reference requests, benefits etc
- To maintain and update all employee details held on file and through company People system (SuccessFactors)
- Monitor & maintain accuracy of all data within our HRIS to ensure the highest level of data integrity & accuracy
- Support the monthly payroll processing and be the primary contact for company benefits and associated benefits administration
- Work with People Systems & Operations Manager on continuous improvement projects and opportunities
- Conduct audits to identify data discrepancies, system gaps, and process inefficiencies
- Support with ad hoc projects around areas such as employee engagement, company culture and values etc
