What the job involves

You will be accountable for driving the commercial performance of the Adviser Platform business, turning performance data into insight, identifying opportunities to accelerate growth and mobilising action with the SLT and relevant teams
You will also be accountable for identifying market forces, opportunities and threats (including key market competitors and new entrants) and translating these into action to ensure the growth trajectory is maintained or accelerated where possible
You will maintain a clear articulation of the Adviser Platform business strategy, and create strategy communication materials to ensure internal stakeholder teams understand business strategy and direction
In addition, you will be responsible for surfacing and socialising any risks to our control environment and assisting in mitigation and remediation where required and appropriate
You will lead the relationship with Marketing; communicating business priorities & working in collaboration on; marketing strategies, collateral and thought leadership
