Role
Who you are
- You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally hiring across multiple GTM functions and levels in a high-growth B2B SaaS, technology, or similarly complex environment
- You have strong command of GTM talent profiles, including Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions/Pre-Sales roles, and can identify the signals that predict success in each
- You are skilled at building TAMs, developing targeted sourcing strategies, and converting market insights into qualified, diverse slates
- You bring sound recruiting judgment and can balance speed, quality, candidate experience, and business priorities in ambiguous or changing conditions
- You are a strong consultative partner who can influence hiring leaders, facilitate calibration, and communicate clear recommendations backed by evidence
- You are metrics-oriented and operationally disciplined, with a track record of maintaining clean processes and using data to improve recruiting outcomes
- You are energized by building in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making recruiting better for candidates, hiring teams, and fellow recruiters
What the job involves
- Glean is seeking a Sales Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across multiple levels and functions within our go-to-market organization
- This role is for a recruiter who can move comfortably between strategic partnership and hands-on execution, bring structure to complex searches, and consistently deliver high-quality candidate experiences in a fast-moving environment
- You’ll serve as a trusted recruiting partner to Sales leaders, building strong talent pipelines, calibrating hiring profiles, and running a rigorous, data-informed process from intake through close
- Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple levels of GTM roles across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions/Pre-Sales, from intake and market mapping through sourcing, assessment, closing, and offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring leaders to define success profiles, calibrate must-have and trainable signals, establish interview plans, and align on decision criteria
- Build role-specific TAMs and prioritized sourcing strategies across target companies, talent communities, geographies, referrals, and direct outreach channels
- Source, assess, and close candidates with a high bar for judgment, candidate experience, communication, and alignment to Glean’s values and business needs
- Lead recruiting processes with operational rigor, including clear stage definitions, timely feedback, strong data hygiene, and effective use of Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Modern Loop, and related tools
- Provide hiring leaders with actionable pipeline insights, including source mix, stage movement, pass-through rates, representation, risks, and recommended interventions
- Help improve GTM recruiting systems, playbooks, calibration practices, and team operating rhythms as the organization scales
Application process
- As part of the interview process, you'll complete a brief AI-focused exercise or discussion so we can understand how you think about, design, and use AI to drive impact in your role. Feel free to reference any tools, platforms, or workflows you use today — prior Glean experience isn't required
Our take
Glean is an intuitive digital assistant which allows employees to search across all their apps and find the information and tools that they need more quickly.
With so many SaaS apps being used by modern day companies, overwhelm and inefficiency inevitably enter the equation. Glean’s search engine is proving popular for how it unifies and centralizes all these distributed tools and data.
It’s been quite a start to life at Glean, having emerged from stealth in 2021, it received a $1B valuation in early 2022, thus achieving unicorn status. Since then, the company has gone on to raise substantial funding and bring its valuation up to $7.2B in 2025. With this impressive growth, its secured some big name customers like Grammarly, databricks, and Rubrik.
That Glean was co-founded by a quartet with senior experience at Google, Microsoft, Uber, and Facebook stands the company in good stead. However, it’s the fact that its search engine is solving a new, but very real problem in the workplace that’s seen its popularity surge so quickly, which it’s likely to continue to do in the future. And its adaptability to include new AI capabilities to its platform, such as generative AI, has Glean well set to see further growth.
