Who you are
- Based in London: You're based in or around London and have the capacity to work from our office 3 days a week
- Work Authorization: You have prior right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment: You have experience working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS startups
- Strong communication skills: You can articulate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience

What the job involves
- Your main goal will be to drive pipeline and help build n8n’s SDR playbook to fuel growth. You will be the front line of our sales efforts, connecting with potential customers and qualifying opportunities that turn into revenue for the business
- This role is international in scope, so you’ll get to engage with prospects from a variety of industries and geographies
- Conduct scheduled prospect meetings, effectively positioning n8n's value
- Reach out to warm leads via email and social media to build rapport
- Qualify leads over the phone and uncover potential for further discussions (50% of leads are already product-qualified!)
- Create our first outbound campaigns to target strategic accounts
- Research accounts and identify decision-makers and champions within organizations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor messaging that resonates with prospects
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM
- Track your outreach metrics to ensure progress toward quarterly targets
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on prospect engagement
- Work closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and the broader sales team to transition qualified leads
- Develop strategies with Marketing to increase conversion rates from MQLs to SQLs
- Learn from cross-functional teams to build product knowledge and sales expertise
