Who you are

Have 8+ years of product management experience
Have strong stakeholder management experience leading products that support multiple customer personas
Have excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical mindset
Enjoy digging into the data and translating complex models into actionable insights
Possess a 'test and learn' mentality and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment

Ideally have experience building and launching products that leverage generative AI technologies
Are proficient in SQL and use it very frequently/daily to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions

What the job involves

We are seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager, Growth to join our growing team! You will partner closely with senior leadership across product, marketing, and sales to create best-in-class experiences that help users discover and derive value from Webflow’s products, especially leveraging generative AI to reduce time to value for Webflow customers
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, Growth
As a Staff Product Manager, you will..
Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including design, engineering, user research, data science, education, and community teams to identify and define features and experiences that drive customer activation and time to value
Lead the integration of customer feedback into product development, specifically focusing on Generative AI-driven features and enhancements
Conduct research and data analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors
Prioritize product backlog and manage roadmap based on strategic priorities, user needs, and market trends
Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success
Work with cross-functional partners to refine and advance team processes, rituals, tools, and KPIs
Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for product features and updates, working in close collaboration with our product marketing team
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role

Our take

No-code development systems allow users to create and publish the kind of output that was once only possible with the help of a team of developers. Webflow is one such platform that allows non-developers to create professional websites without knowing any code. It joins others such as Pantheon, Weebly, Squarespace, and Wix in a hotly-contested low-code development market. While competition is high, so too is demand, with low-code platforms accounting for more than 65% of application development activity in 2024.

The popularity of platforms such as Webflow is perhaps not surprising, as low-code development is usually cheaper for companies to implement and reduces time to market. Webflow has been used by over 3.5 million designers and teams to create sites for companies including enterprise brands such as Dell, Rakuten, UpWork, and Petal. It raised a large amount of funding in a Series C round in 2022. This is being used to further develop its platform, with a longer-term goal of pivoting to providing a no-code tool not only for websites, but software development as well.
