What the job involves
- As a Promotions Coordinator, you will be integral in supporting our commercial teams in running large promotional campaigns at scale - helping to drive orders to our partners on the platform
- You will work cross-functionally with finance, commercial and product teams including working to tight deadlines to ensure promotions go live smoothly and effectively, and all brands are set up for success
- Own the end-to-end execution of promotional campaigns within our UK trading plans
- Coordinate inputs from internal teams and external partners to launch promotions smoothly and on time
- Manage the creation and upload of offers using our internal tools, supporting both Grocery and Restaurant partners
- Monitor competitor activity and share learnings with stakeholders to inform strategy
- Maintain and evolve our Promotions Playbook — helping us test, learn, and improve
- Partner with the content operations team to ensure promotional materials go live and are removed as needed
