Who you are
- Native English and Dutch and Sales background are a MUST
- You have initial experience as an SDR or Account Executive in a start-up or scale-up

What the job involves
- As a Sales rep for the Benelux Market, you have the responsibility
- You will have a key role… 🔑 turning a lead into a satisfied customer. To achieve this, you will need to understand the clients’ specific needs, build transparent and trusting relationships, and guide them through the sales cycle to successfully close deals 💪
- Support clients (firm requests obtained via marketing or repeat customers) in finding solutions for their seminar/team retreat needs using the Naboo product and collection
- Qualify leads provided by marketing or SDRs, including proposing solutions, closing deals, and seeking repeat business within client accounts
- Suggest improvements to internal processes
- Contribute to product development
- Participate in strategic discussions about Naboo
- Train new team members
- The position does not involve cold calling
Application process
- First round: 15-min interview with Country Manager
- Second round: 1-hour business case with France Sales Manager
- Third round: speed dating (1:1 meeting with 4-5 persons randomly chosen for a culture fit)
- Fourth round: 1:1 meeting with CEO

The company has enjoyed $10 million in funding so far and is planning to launch an AI browsing feature that acts as a chatbot interface for more complicated booking requests.
