Business Intelligence Analyst, ManyChat

• 1–3 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a similar role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to turn data into clear insights – both written and verbal
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large datasets
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Attention to detail, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset

In this role, you’ll bring clarity where others see complexity — keeping our marketing efforts grounded in reality while enabling us to launch experimental programs and rule-breaking content
• You’ll collaborate across teams, build dashboards that actually get used, and help us answer the questions we didn’t even know we had. Reporting to the Marketing Analytics Lead, you’ll play a hands-on role in tracking performance and delivering the data and insights that drive Manychat’s growth
• Work with extensive data that tells a new story every day
• Uncover and communicate truths and patterns hidden in our data to help marketing leaders make informed decisions and continuously improve
• Build and maintain dashboard and reports to track key marketing KPIs
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from our data warehouse
• Ensure data quality and consistency across reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with Analysts and Data engineering to improve data sources and pipelines
