• Proven experience in leading data teams and managing data initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience hiring and building high-performing teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for seamless collaboration across teams and with clients
• While this is predominantly a leadership role, familiarity with the following is highly beneficial:
• Cloud-based data engineering, particularly AWS (Spark on EMR, Athena, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Workflow orchestration tools (eg Luigi, Airflow)
• Processing semi-structured and unstructured data, especially text-based data
• Comfortable using the Python DS ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter, Seaborn etc) to perform analysis work and build lookalike models
• Knowledge of MLOps engineering and best practices
