Role
Who you are
- At least 5 years experience selling to Large/Enterprise companies
- B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to HR
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish
- Ability to create a high-touch strategy adapted to each prospect
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills

- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building

What the job involves
- We are growing our Enterprise Sales team locally and looking for someone who will be primarily responsible for engaging with Enterprise prospects to turn them into happy Alan customers
- What is important for us is the mission : as an Enterprise Account Executive, supported by BDRs, you will find leads, understand the needs of our Enterprise prospects, present our delightful product, drive sales and manage key customer relationships until they sign the contract
- At the same time, we expect you to understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method. This method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience
- You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft)
