bonjour's mission is to relieve the common pains felt by salespeople and give them 5 hours of valuable time back every week.
Videoconference in B2B has shifted paradigm from occasional use to a daily norm. For Sales teams, that means that tasks like scheduling follow-up calls, providing demos and noting vital information all have to be performed while on a Zoom. Bonjour aims to handle those tasks.
The app was an official launch partner of Zoom’s store which has helped it to win paying customers. They can now save 5 hours a week per team-member on regular Salesforce-related tasks.
The company has product-market fit in sight, but is keen to refine the product further with its first clients before it accelerates growth and onboards even larger corporations and their Sales teams.
The startup may provide an unrivalled service within Zoom, but they will have to hope that their bet on this platform, versus Microsoft Teams and Google Meets which each offer their own valuable integrations, is a winning one
