Role
Who you are
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
- Confident in communicating with with C-Suite level executives
- Objective and goal motivated
Desirable
- Strong interest in executive recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Previous Recruitment, Sales or Account Management experience
- SDR or cold calling experience
- Interest and understanding of the Startup ecosystem in the UK market
What the job involves
- Conduct customer research via company CRM to match advisors with suitable founders within our network and facilitate these matches in the form of a placement
- Conduct regular check-ins and build rapport with founders and advisors post placement in order to monitor the progress and evaluate success
- Keep abreast of developments within the executive space and speak confidently around someone's career and future ambitions
- Act as the main point of contact regarding placements and, where necessary, find an appropriate replacement positions within out network
