Logical thinker and self starter

Educated to Degree level or equivalent
Ideally previous experience in supply chain or a retail merchandising position

What the job involves

Provide full administrative support to the Wonderbly Operations team
Compile accurate daily sales reporting
Create accurate reporting to monitor the printhouse’s SLA performance
Support in maintaining the correct shipping information on the website
B2B shipment paperwork creation
Support the buying/finance team with raising and tracking PO’s
Maintaining key documentation for the department
Support the shipping manager in maintaining key performance KPI’s
Liaising with internal teams to track issues/bug fixes
Peak sales last order date support
We are currently looking for an Operations Administrator to help us ship all the books, manage stock levels/deliveries and make sure our factories are smashing their targets!
