  • Experienced in design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understands the role UX plays in both marketing and product—and brings that thinking into every touchpoint
  • Curious and proactive—you often think, “What if we tried…” and aren’t afraid to experiment
  • You're hands on and productive - you're known by your colleagues as someone reliable who always follows through

Desirable

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content performance metrics
  • Experience helping product or marketing teams execute design deliverables
  • Portfolio of past marketing campaigns and visual work (we’d love to see it!)

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with strong visual design skills and a deep appreciation for user experience (UX) to join our growing team
  • You’ll own the creation and execution of marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and elevate our brand—and you’ll also play a key role in shaping how we present our work, engage with audiences, and design new channels and content with the end user in mind
  • You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff on overall marketing strategy, and then take the lead on bringing that strategy to life—across content, campaigns, and design
  • Ou’ll also have the opportunity to participate in internal and client-facing design projects when needed, and work alongside our senior product and design teams to level up your skills in UX thinking and hands-on design practice
  • Work closely with leadership to shape marketing goals and lead generation campaigns
  • Own end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, including content, creative, and analytics
  • Help identify and test new engagement channels and creative campaign ideas
  • Write and manage engaging content across multiple formats:
  • Social media
  • Newsletters (e.g., Substack)
  • Blogs and white papers
  • Digital and print magazines
  • Campaigns to our HubSpot database
  • Case Studies - Help craft and tell the story of our client work—what we’ve built, the challenges we solved, and the impact we created
  • Design visual assets to support marketing campaigns, including infographics, case studies, one-pagers, and presentation decks
  • Apply UX principles to improve how we engage users across content, channels, and experiences
  • Participate in shaping and testing new digital engagement formats—from interactive PDFs to microsites and landing pages
  • When available, contribute to internal and client-facing product design work, working under the mentorship of senior designers
  • You’ll work closely with company leadership and have real ownership over your ideas
  • You’ll see your work come to life quickly—in market, with clients, and across our digital channels
  • You’ll have the chance to learn from and collaborate with senior strategy, product, and design professionals
  • You’ll grow your skills in both marketing strategy and design execution
  • You’ll be part of a team that embraces experimentation and asks, “What do you need to get started?”
