• We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative Team Lead (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team
• Lead a developing team of SDRs operating in the DATCH market
• Contribute to personal and professional growth to team members, providing individual coaching and training
• Personally run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints to close qualified meetings (Team Leads carry a personal quota)
• Present our solution to a range of people (Office Managers, CFOs, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.)
• Define Quarterly OKRs with the Sales Development Manager
• Work with the Sales Executies and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
• Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth
