Role
Who you are
- 4+ years experience building, deploying and operating reliable data and ML systems
- Expertise with AI / ML algorithms such as clustering, supervised and unsupervised learning, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs)
- Proficient in deploying containerized solutions in AWS ECS, EKS / Kubernetes (k8s), Sagemaker, or similar
- Demonstrable proficiency in writing maintainable, production-quality Python code
- Hands-on experience with SQL and noSQL databases (Postgres, Snowflake, DynamoDB)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI, Harness)
- Familiar with microservices and REST API development best practices (FastAPI)
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field and 4+ years of industry experience

- Deliver AI / ML driven features that operate with Back End and Front End / UX in conjunction with the distributed engineering team
- Establish design patterns and best practices for building a world-class MLOps platform on cloud infrastructure to automate the delivery of scalable machine learning products and services

Our take
Vivun provides software that allows pre-sales teams to gather customer information, and then collate the information and send it to the rest of the business. This allows the sales team, product team and executive staff to have more information about their customers.
This empowers businesses to look at what their customers' needs are now and going forward. Vivun is the first to provide such tools and despite only being launched in 2018, it is already working with brands such as SignalFx, Dell Secureworks and Harness.
Going forward, Vivun may face other competitors, as the space will likely become more crowded. However, an increasing number of businesses are realizing there is a problem with the disconnection between pre-sales and the rest of the company, so demand for Vivun's offering should also rise - providing ample opportunity for growth.
