- 10+ years of software development experience as a Fullstack development engineer, preferably in the SaaS deployed in the AWS cloud
- Strong programming experience with React JS (Front end Java Script Development) and Python/Java/ Ruby on Rails for Backend Development
- Experience with REST, GraphQL, and Protobuf-based web services
- Experience with Analytics product development is a strong plus
- Data warehouse, Data Lake, and Data Pipelines experience with tools like Databricks, and Snowflake are strongly preferred
- Expert-level hands-on expertise with complex SQL queries is required
- Have experience with managing a large front-end code base. Able to follow workflows from the front end to the back end when working with different products
- 7+ years experience working on internet product architecture (SaaS, large website)
- 4+ years experience in architecture
- Experience leading cross-group or cross-company technical initiatives
- Open to attending meetings with cross-site teams (7:30 am - 10 am PST)
- Self Starter with Initiative that does not get blocked easily by technical issues
- Excellent communication skills when discussing technical issues up and down the company organization
What the job involves
- I take a lead role in creating the future technical roadmap and technical designs for our cloud-based services and data
- Leveraging SOA, large and distributed data collection systems, big data storage, and cloud-based computing solutions, I work closely with the product engineering teams to build the number one mobile performance platform
- Obsessed with solving customer problems by providing software solutions across our entire technology landscape: front end, analytics stacks, data pipelines, data models, data warehouses, data scraping technologies, and mobile applications
- Manage standards for cloud technologies – be a leader in understanding, applying, and inventing architectural design patterns
- Tackling and Prioritizing Technical Debt. Taking the Lead by designing frameworks that the core engineering team can build upon
- Collaborate closely with the executive leaders to understand business priorities, define implementation strategies and system designs for new technologies based on business requirements
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies and code solutions to work closely with our core engineering teams
- Key stakeholder management when discussing key architectural discussions

The mobile app market continues to grow, and it is more important than ever for consumer companies to stay ahead of the competition. Even small improvements in marketing spend (to acquire customers) or customer engagement (to drive revenues) can bring huge value for companies that rely on mobile apps, making this a key target for a growing number of businesses.
Data.ai launched at a time where mobile apps were still nascent, and has since become the go-to place for any mobile app analytics. With millions of connected apps, the product has a huge volume of data available for its customers, and it will be hard for any competitor to catch up. Customers like Amazon, McDonalds, Lego, and Samsung stand as bold indicators of the company's offering, with further success to be expected in its future.
