What the job involves
- We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to act as the strategic architect of our brand narrative and product positioning
- As we expand the capabilities of the Slush wallet into the finance and investment space, you will define how the world perceives Slush
- This role sits at the intersection of Product, Design, and the User, with a core mission to turn complex on-chain technology into an intuitive, high-trust financial experience
- Category Leadership: Define and own the strategic positioning of the Slush wallet as the premier Money App for Web3 and mainstream financial participants
- Voice and Content Strategy: Own the Slush wallet’s identity and end-to-end content strategy, ensuring a consistent, authoritative, and accessible voice across the app, social channels, and lifecycle communications
- Full-Cycle GTM: Architect and lead the go-to-market strategy for major 2026 product pillars, including investment tools, payment solutions, and identity frameworks
- The Trust Framework: Co-own with Product the education and content strategy to make complex financial offerings, such as yield-bearing strategies, intuitive and trustworthy for a retail audience
- Growth Partnership: Work in lockstep with the Growth Marketing lead to ensure our brand narrative and "Trust Framework" are seamlessly integrated into acquisition loops and funnel optimizations
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep competitive analysis and user research to ensure the Slush wallet stays ahead of both Web3 incumbents and traditional Fintech challengers
- Org-Wide Strategic Alignment: Synchronize Slush messaging with broader market narratives while championing the voice of the user to ensure all communications reflect the unique value and UX of the wallet
Our take
Mysten Labs was created with the ambition to build a blockchain comparable to Ethereum or Solanan - but with even greater capabilities. That means tackling pain points currently found in blockchain technology, like scaling transactions and speed to meet growing demand.
To do this, Mysten is building foundational infrastructure for Web 3.0 which supports the accelerated development and adoption of decentralized services. The startup is determined to build a platform that finally lets Web 3.0 developers focus on UI, without compromising on security.
The company has focussed on expanding partnerships with existing networks such as Ethos and Orange Comet Partners, who have integrated Mysten technology, as well as open protocols based on Mysten-designed components. Ensuring that it assigns developer and community outreach resources in the right places will be crucial to building a sustainable business in this relatively young space.
