- 6+ years of experience, with at least 3 years related to product security
- You stay on top of industry trends, particularly LLM security
- You are effective at influencing product stakeholder in ways that advance our security posture

What the job involves
- As a member of the Product Security team, you will focus on designing secure software that is free from critical security bugs
- You will build relationships with the Product Management organization and collaborate with technical leads and engineering groups across Asana’s Product Engineering pillars, ensuring our solutions are built securely without undue friction
- Advance engagements with our Product organization aimed at preventing vulnerabilities
- Your contributions to Product Security will make a noticeable difference to our customers
- Large features at Asana are built securely because of your help and input
- Work to mature the Product organization through security guidance, education and training
- Your thought leadership expands our recognition as the most secure work management platform
- You inspire roadmap items with a wide variety of stakeholders at the crossroads of Product, Privacy, Security and other non-functional areas
- Provide meaningful feedback and input to advance our security strategy
- Identify inefficiencies in and around the team and work to resolve them
- Design and develop clean, beautiful code and
- As a member of the Product Security team, you will focus on designing secure software that is free from critical security bugs. You will enable millions of users to work together with confidence that their data is protected using best in class security practices
- Your contributions will range across our Product Security programs, but you will spend the majority of your time driving our secure development lifecycle program
- This program aims to enable secure development of new product features through direct contributions and mentorship of motivated engineers and cross-functional stakeholders
