Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of web, product or performance marketing experience
- A track record of curiosity and problem-solving when it comes to implementing and optimizing technology solutions
- Experience with integrating multiple systems through tools like Retool and Zapier, to ensure data is accurate and up to date
Desirable
- A strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience with hypothesis-driven A/B testing, experiment design and analysis
- Familiarity with modern operational tools — Hubspot, Front, Calendly, Asana, Notion, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc
What the job involves
- Have a deep understanding of Breef’s technology products, helping to manage all systems, platforms and related tech requests
- Support the planning, investigation, implementation, and adoption of new tools and services to solve for business needs
- Partner with the operations and marketing teams to successfully launch campaigns and new products — monitoring performance and making optimizations along the way
- Help own all website (breef.com) initiatives — from landing pages, pixel implementation site updates and experiments geared towards improving conversion of pages, signup flows, etc
- Work closely with our front-end development team and various contractors
- Oversee the daily technology needs, optimizations and bug requests of workplace tools like Hubspot, Hotjar and Zapier — ensuring they are working in tandem with the larger Breef platform
- Stay updated with current vendors, including feature releases and current usage, and make recommendations for how to better utilize existing technologies
- Partner closely with key stakeholders to support key initiatives on our product and marketing roadmaps

Breef is a marketplace connecting brands to digital and creative agencies. The platform speeds up and simplifies the outsourcing process, granting access to vetted agencies and guaranteeing connections in seven days or less.
The company has quickly captured the space, serving emerging brands as well as recognizable names such as Pantone, Spotify, and Heineken. It already hosts over 10,000 agencies across 25 countries, covering options across digital marketing, social media, app development, and more.
Breef has also raised significant funding that will support its future plans which include building out its team internationally, the launch of a new "from the ground up" platform, and further development of its payment infrastructure that will bring options for brands to "grow now, pay later."
