Who you are

The ideal candidate will have the following skills or experience:
Accounting technician qualification (minimum requirement)
Relevant experience in a broad role in finance (preparing accounts to trial balance is a necessary requirement)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of attention to detail
Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks preferable)
Competent in Microsoft excel and Google Suite
Tech-savvy with experience in platforms such as Expensify, NAVAN, and Employers of Record (e.g Deel, Remote)

What the job involves

Hours: Part-time (2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursdays), 9:00am–5:30pm). Office attendance required one Thursday per month
Contract type: 12 month fixed term contract (FTC)
We're delighted to be recruiting a Part-time Bookkeeper to join our Finance Team This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a dynamic and expanding organisation where your expertise will be valued and your contribution will make a real impact
Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role will be involved in all aspects of accounts and preparing accounts to trial balance for a number of entities
Input all purchases and match bank payments to invoice
Review creditors ledger monthly and prepare monthly payment file
Review all expenses across three companies, ensuring appropriate coding
Prepare monthly salary file for the three group companies, ensuring appropriate journals posted – and control accounts reconciled
Posting and reconciliation of bank statements
Prepare monthly Accruals & Prepayments
Balance sheet reconciliations including inter-company balances
PAYE & VAT submissions to Revenue
Completion of other office tasks and administrative duties as required

Users can view recipes based on the ingredients they have, follow step-by-step cooking instructions, control kitchen appliances remotely, and save their favourite recipes for future use.

Whilst cooking apps have been helping people for years, Fresco has taken this a step further by working directly with the appliances and ingredients in the user’s kitchen. With significant funding to support the broadening of its reach to more manufacturers and consumers globally, the company can continue encouraging people to cook more frequently due to the convenience that it provides.
