Who you are

A top performer with a history of consistently achieving goals and developing and growing mid-market clients
A minimum of 3 years of experience selling to property professionals
Entrepreneurial, ambitious self-starter with a resourceful mindset
Fantastic time management and ability to prioritise a busy workload for maximum business impact
Has an ability to understand unit economics and construct data-based proposals
Comfortable in setting customer expectations and dealing with customer curveballs
Possess a keen eye for details and meticulous when it comes to updating systems, clients and colleagues

What the job involves

Develop relationships with prospective clients, including landlords, family offices and residential developers, to generate new business revenue
Approach prospective clients by telephone and email, planning and preparing demonstrations and communicating our product offering
Work collaboratively with colleagues in the company to ensure the highest standards of delivery
Implement plans to maximise new business opportunities by developing sales campaigns to meet revenue targets
Update the CRM to ensure your pipeline accurately reflects your sales activity through the selling stage
Ensure your clients have signed contract and orders are processed in accordance with GDPR regulations
