Role
Who you are
- At least one year of experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role OR a marketing-focused undergraduate degree
- Willingness to be held accountable to clear KPIs
- Openness to experiment, try new ideas and learn on the job
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making
- Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to craft clear and impactful messages
Desirable
- Familiarity with UK public procurement, either on the supplier or buyer side
- Experience with HubSpot, Mixpanel or other product analytics software
What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Product Marketing Executive to join our London team.
- This role focuses on enhancing user engagement with our SaaS platform, ensuring users discover and utilize key features, and driving adoption of new product functionalities
- The ideal candidate will be KPI-driven and comfortable working with data from tools like HubSpot, Mixpanel, and our own SaaS platform, Tussell, to inform strategy.
- The role requires close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Account Management teams
- In close collaboration with the wider business, you will be responsible for developing initiatives and campaigns to boost customer engagement with our SaaS software, Tussell.
- Your success will be measured against your ability to tangibly increase customer awareness of new product developments, grow product usage, and ultimately reduce customer churn
- Boost user engagement
- Develop and execute strategies to boost platform usage and feature adoption through targeted marketing and user education
- Driven by data
- Track and report KPIs on user engagement and feature adoption using Mixpanel and HubSpot CRM, and use these insights to optimize strategies and align with business goals
- Cross-team collaboration
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Account Management teams to develop go-to-market strategies, drive engagement, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities
- User education & voice
- Create educational resources to guide users on platform features and best practices while encouraging feedback and positive reviews
